Zen Federal, LLC, an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), provides a complement of CIO and Portfolio Management (PfM) services to include IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Governance, Investment Management, Enterprise Architecture, Finance and Budget areas of expertise. Zen Federal has provided these services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Zen Federal is also the premiere education and training provider for the Federal CPIC Forum, providing an array of CPIC training and Capital Planning Professional Certification management activities to the Forum’s 100+ federal government and industry membership. Zen Federal is an annual sponsor of the CPIC Conference. Zen Federal is headquartered in Ozona, Florida.
CPIC Forum Events​: Zen Federal provides a variety of event management, logistics and facilitated services for the CPIC Forum organization.
Artifact Academy: No Major Business Case Report is complete without a mapping to an array of artifacts. These artifacts may be requested by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as these allow the Executive Branch's Responsible Management Officials (RMOs) to audit the validity of the information contained within reports. Zen Federal offers a wide array of webinars and instructor-led training seminars that delve into the Federal government's best practices, templates, tips and tools for generating compliant artifacts that align with standards, mandates and other published requirements.
