Training Terms & Conditions

ALL REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF THE TRAINING ACTIVITY.

Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, EFT, Company Check or Government Purchase Order. All funds must be paid in US Dollars.

If the funds have not been received and verified, the attendee does not have a confirmed registration for the course or event.

If space is available, on-site registrations at the training or event will be allowed at the full registration fee.

There is a $100 processing fee per student/attendee, per SF-182, that must be processed post-event.
CANCELLATION POLICY/FORCE MAJEURE:
-
A minimum number of students/attendees/participants must be confirmed and paid in advance of an event prior to any event's confirmation. If the minimum number of students has not enrolled, the class will be cancelled and/ or postponed and pre-paid students will be moved to a waitlist or the next available course. Students have up to a year to be re-enrolled in a paid course.

No refunds will be given for cancellations thirty calendar days prior to a training event.

Cancellations with more than thirty (30) calendar days’ notice, prior to the event, will be subject to a $50 processing fee, per person.

Cancellations within thirty (30) calendar days notice (or fewer days notice) will be subject to a $125 processing fee, per person.

No-shows will forfeit the entire registration fee.

Certain acts of government or authority, ranging from closures due to continuing resolution, and/ or, delays or shutdowns due to inclement weather or other unsafe conditions are recognized to be beyond the control of Federal CPIC Forum, its vendors, and/or, their management vendor's control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially impractical to perform its obligations under this agreement. In the rare occasion when Federal CPIC Forum or an associated vendor delays, postpones, or cancels an event, our liability is strictly limited. In those instances. Reimbursement is limited to paid tuition only, less any processing fees required by merchants that are imposed by a third party; further, any requested reimbursement is subject to approval by the Federal CPIC Forum Executive Board, Director, or the Administration of the event management vendor.
· Delays, and/or, postponements of events will be assessed on a case by case basis, though no financial liability is to be placed on Federal CPIC Forum and its management vendor(s) for those circumstances.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
· You may designate a substitute an attendee in writing, any time before the day of the event.
· All substitutions prior to the day before the event are subject to a $125 processing fee.
· DAY-OF/ON-SITE REGISTRATION at the training event may be paid with a credit card, check or cash, but training materials in printed form cannot be guaranteed.
CLASS/ EVENT PREPARATION POLICY:
The email used to register a student will be the email where course preparation emails will be sent by the automatic enrollment system. This will include access to non-printed course materials using a BOX.COM or GOOGLE DRIVE website for files, a username and a log-in. it is the student's responsibility to identify the course preparation email and download, print or generally familiarize himself or herself with course materials prior to class. If the agency or corporate policy blocks access to BOX.COM, we recommend that students utilize or forward the course materials to a personal email and obtain materials outside of the secure protocols of the agency.

CLASS/ CONFERENCE/ EVENT COMPLETION POLICY:​
The class/ conference/event is considered completed when a student/ participant/ attendee has attended 80% or more of the class/ conference/ event; attendance is calculated using sign-in sheets circulated during the class/conference/event. Each student/participant/attendee must complete all course requirements, including, but not limited to, a survey. The course survey link is emailed directly to the designated email address via the email designated at the time of registration, and it is the student's responsibility to identify the survey email and complete it within two calendar weeks of the end of the event. If a student or attendee does not complete the survey, they are not deemed to have completed the course/ event/ conference. The Forum reserves the right to decline a certificate and CLP eligibility if sufficient evidence indicates, all required efforts were not completed in a timely manner, such as by deadlines designated in writing. The Forum reserves the right to refuse CLP credit for any unpaid participation.
