How Do I Apply?

We want to create opportunities to bridge the gaps between demand and supply of qualified professionals, and we encourage anyone that may be interested to apply.

  • 16 hours (2 days)  of time at the annual CPIC Conference working as both a candidate volunteer and an attendee.

  • Five mandatory hours of webinar education completed within the first year.

  • Five mandatory hours of consultation with CPIC SME's for professional development and/or directly with the sponsoring company.

  • 16 hours (2 days) in a mandatory training course.

  • 30-40 hours of flex time to cover home study and required reading of guidance, memoranda and law for development and exam preparation, should the candidate continue to pursue the CPP Certification. 

  • Up to 12 hours: One scheduled C2AI group monthly meeting to review progress, cover questions and answers, and to cover independent study as needed/requested. 

  • It can take 3 months to a year to complete the education and mentoring requirements., as this is a mostly virtual and largely self-paced program.

Under the  Payment Information section of the C2AI application, you should indicate payment method  and/or request  scholarship. 

Your investment is $5,000 and includes CPIC Conference Registration, CPIC2-Day Training Registration, CPIC 4-Day Training 40% Discount, Mentorship, Networking with C2AIs, Director's Conferences, 1 Year CPIC Forum Membership, Private LinkedIn Forum Group Page Access, VIMEO Library Access, Reading List, Study Guide, Community Event Access, Graduation Lunch Ceremony, Assistance with Recruitment, Resume Support & Interviews. *May include CPP Filings & Fees. 

If you are selected for a scholarship, the company will pay the one-year tuition for an accepted candidate upon decision of the selection board, to Zen Federal, who will then work directly with the chosen C2AI candidates to help them enroll with special promo codes in the various courses, conference and webinars. The candidate will work directly with their company mentor to arrange for payment and/ or reimbursement of other direct costs, to include travel, lodging, meals, etc. associated with any mandatory on-site training and educational requirements.

Yes, we can process checks and credit cards, but tuition for the year must be pre-paid. We are open to working with GI Bill and / or accepting corporate grants for Wounded Warriors & Veterans subject to VA approval.

Salaries for Junior Analysts with a 2-4-year degree and this program are VERY well compensated and often negotiate hiring bonuses to offset their tuition. On average, $75,000-$80,000 as a Junior Analyst.
